Annual Advisory Fee is a flat rate based on total advised assets under
management, per plan. Fees to be debited on monthly basis, in arrears. Ramsdell Capital does not utilize a tiered fee structure.

be charged in arrears at a rate of .4% annually. This equates to approximately .033% monthly advisory fee expense ratio.
